INTRODUCTION
Leadership in the 21" Century is offered for students to build foundational leadership principles, traits and characteristics that is essential in today’s fast moving world. This module aims to nurture and guide students towards becoming exemplary and effective leaders.
Students will find this course both challenging and rewarding. To successfully complete this course, students are required to attend the lectures and workshops, participate in class discussions, read the prescribed textbook chapters, and complete project(s).
While the objectives of this module are :
1.) Effective identify their strengths and characteristics exemplary leadership traits
2.) Understand and practice the key of goal settings
3.) Understand and apply the principles involves in decison makings
4) Plan and execute projects and adopt a pro active approach in conflict managements.
